area during Theoretical Training :

Opti-Academy Residence 1 & 2:

Strict House Rules apply;

First booked & paid, first reserved;

Accommodation Fee - R2000 per month per student;

All accommodation at Opti-Academy Residence is self-catered
(this means that you provide and prepare your own food and
provide your own bedding/linen/toiletries);

Kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave as well as cutlery and crockery;

Washing machine available on premises;

Electricity& water are included in the fees;

Parking Available;

Linked to Security Response, Alarm & Beam Systems at premises;

Students are responsible to arrange & pay their own transport to their designated Opti-Centres, excluding Eldoraigne students.

Month 1 - During Theoretical Training Availability - Accommodation for 12 Students Residence 1: Six students to share a 3 double bedroom accommodation with 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Residence 2: Six students to share a 4 bedroom accommodation (2 Double Rooms and 2 Single Rooms) with 1 bathroom and kitchenette.

Month 2 - 13 - During Practical Training Availibility - Accommodation for 6 Students (excl. Eldoraigne Students): Six students to share a 4 bedroom accommodation (2 Double Rooms and 2 Single Rooms) with 1 bathroom and kitchenette. Students are responsible to arrange & pay their own transport to their designated Opti-Centres.

If not residing at Opti-Academy Residence: Students are responsible to arrange & pay their own accommodation as well as transport.
